Anabond Liquid Gasket Sealant is a high-performance, one-component anaerobic sealant engineered for forming reliable, flexible gaskets on metal surfaces. Engineered for use in flange joints, engine housings, gearbox joints, and machined interfaces, this grey sealant cures in thin film applications under oxygen-excluding conditions to deliver excellent sealing and pressure resistance.

Instructions

1. Preparation: Clean both mating surfaces thoroughly—remove oil, dust, moisture, old gaskets.
2. Application: Apply a continuous bead of sealant to one surface.
3. Assembly: Mate parts immediately (within ~1 minute), allow light contact pressure.
4. Curing: Functional seal develops quickly; full mechanical strength after ~24 hours.
5. Post-Cure: Avoid exposure to high pressure or fluid until fully cured.
